Terry L. Gerbers' Obituary
Terry L. Gerbers, 71, of New Haven, passed away on Tuesday, February 28, 2023, at Bethlehem Woods Nursing, Fort Wayne. Born in Fort Wayne, he was the son of the late Delmar and Patricia (Doctor) Gerbers. He was a member of Emanuel Lutheran Church, New Haven. He retired in 2009 from BF Goodrich after 37 years. When he wasn't golfing, he could be found traveling. He took many trips to Las Vegas, Mexico and loved spending time with his grandchildren. He was also an active member of AA.
He is survived by his children, Jenna (Jason) Davis, Eric Gerbers, and Anthony Gerbers all of Fort Wayne, Shanna (Kevin) Mitchell of Hartford City; siblings, Joette (Stanley) Heine of Fremont and Jay (Gina) Gerbers of Fort Wayne; eight grandchildren; and one great granddaughter. He was also preceded in death by his brother, Timothy Gerbers.
Memorial service is 1 p.m., Thursday, March 16, 2023, at Harper's Community Funeral Home, 740 St. Rd, 930 E., New Haven with visitation two hours prior.
