Teresa Ann Babcock, 45, of Fort Wayne, died Wednesday, June 13, 2012 at Aultman Hospital, Canton, Ohio. Born in Fort Wayne, she was a teacher at Lancaster Elementary School for 20 years.
She is survived by her parents, Richard and Janice Babcock of Fort Wayne; siblings, John Babcock and Lisa (Josh) Hieber both of Fort Wayne; nieces and nephews, Grace, Rose, Wiley, and Cole; grandparents, James & Janet Studle of Albion, and Nettie Ullstrom of Columbia City.
