Ms. Babcock was a super nice person. We chatted on facebook occasionally and shared our love of our dogs and my sons Jeeps. I will miss her.
I was so sad to hear the news of Miss Babcock. She was the best kindergarten teacher! I remember at my kindergarten gradutaion crying because I didn't want to leave her for the summer. She was so nice and let me call and talk to her over the summer! She will definetly be missed!
I will always cherish my kindergarten report card from Miss Babcock which said " rolls around a lot"! During story time I would roll on the floor and not pay attention which got me into loads of trouble (hardly) haha... She was one of my favorite teachers and I will always remember her! I miss her already but I know she is in great hands.
I never had a sister. Teresa was what I always envisioned a sister to be. She was my best friend and my confidant. She was so loving, caring, and giving of herself. She was a wonderful Aunt to Grace, Rose, and Wiley. I will always remember our long talks at the lake, drinking wine coolers and dancing to old 70's songs, her laugh, her fishing technique, and her smile. I'll miss her always and carry her close to my heart. We Love You Teresa.
Teresa and I became friends when we were 13. We shared a lot as teenagers growing up. She was a bridesmaid in my wedding. After college, we both went our separate ways. Through the magic of Facebook, we had been reconnected for the past few years. I send loving thoughts to her parents, sister and brother. I will miss her.
I remember first meeting Teresa after moving from Indpls to New Haven. She always had a smile on her face no matter what she may have been facing at any time. We had such great times living in that apartment complex. Many nights we'd all sit outside and have a great time laughing and carrying on, going out to the bars on the weekends and our many little road trips. Miss you now and forever.
Teresa's amazing spirit will live in all who knew and loved her. She was a true and loyal friend; a teacher who loved her students and who was loved by them in return; a daughter, a sister, and an aunt. Teresa took the road less traveled and was happy. I will see her smile and hear her laugh forever. Pudgey pies and fishing and NASCAR and family and friends ... her life was good. RIP my dear friend.
Teresa was Jake's favorite teacher. We are sad to hear of her sudden passing. Whenever anyone asked who his favorite teacher was, it was always Miss Babcock. She left Lancaster after he finished kindergarten and he was sad not see her again. She is in a better place...I'm sure she's teaching there:)
Words can not express the loss we are all feeling. Teresa was an amazing teacher that loved her kids long after they left her classroom. She had a special ability to make every child feel important. As a parent of one of her "kids" I couldn't have asked for a more caring, understanding and nurturing teacher. As a co worker she was just as amazing. She had a smile to share and man are they contagious. Even though she moved away we still shared recipes and funny stories. Our love and prayers go out to the family and friends of our precious Teresa. She will be greatly missed. But she will be waiting with a smile when we see her again.
