She made Denny so happy and was a wonderful mother and wife. Hal and I cherished New Year’s Eve celebrations and Summer night get togethers always enriched with Sue’s sweet smile and soft laughter. Our lives have been blessed to have known Sue.
Sue had the sweetest heart. She was always warm, affectionate, and welcoming. She was full of laughter and took great care of those around her. She always gave her all, whatever she had, freely and with her whole heart. She will be deeply missed.
I was friends with Sue’s husband Dennis all his life. Dennis was so happy with Sue. He was happy go lucky. She was a special beautiful woman. My condolences to the family.
Sue and I were lifetime friends. We began as two little girls who walked to grade school together. On many a cold Winter morning, we would start early enough to be the first to make footprints in deep snow with its untouched sparkles. Our walk together continued for decades through life’s transitions.
She was dedicated to her faith, family, Denny, Dan, Dave, her brothers and sister, a hard worker and a selfless person. She, Denny and her entire family served as an example of the goodness in people and the meaning of “home”. Sue was a guiding light who will be greatly missed.
Those of us left behind must continue the fight so that those affected by muscular dystrophy will one day have a better life.
My heartfelt sympathies to Dan, Dave and the family. Rest in peace dear friend.

What a joy your Mom and Dad were. We were members at Martini with them in the 70's and 80's. Loved joking with your dad about his Indiana room ( I'm a Purdue gal) and lived talking with your Mom. What a kind and gentle woman. God bless you and keep you. Tom and Jan Wiese
