Shirley A. Lyons, 73, of Atascadero, CA, formerly of Fort Wayne, passed away Tuesday, July 19, 2016 at her home. Born in Milan Twp., Allen County, she was the daughter of the late Raymond and Sophie Busche. She retired in 1998 fro
