I had the pleasure of meeting Pete & Major at Parkview Hospital a few years ago. My Grandma was there when Halice was in for her broken hip. I found out while talking to them that Pete & Halice lived right down the road from us.
Our kids & I stopped by here and there, while out riding our bikes. I dropped by once in a while to visit & say Hello. From what little time I spent with Pete & Halice, I could tell they were the kind of folks you would LOVE to have as your own Grandparents.
(Pete) My family & I are very proud and appreciative of our past & present Veterans. We wouldn’t have the freedoms we do today without the Courage and Self Sacrifice of our Military Men & Women… AND their families.
Halice… our family would like to give you our most sincere condolences for Pete’s passing. I’m sure he will be dearly missed by his family & friends. We Pray that you and your family find Peace & Comfort knowing that he is in GOD’s hands.
