Louis E. Treadway's Obituary
Louis E. Treadway, 87, passed away Wednesday, September 9, 2015 at Dupont Hospital, Fort Wayne. Born in Layland, West Virginia, he was the son of the late Dotridge and Pearl (McClung) Treadway. He was a member of Woodburn Missionary Church. He retired in 1991 from BF Goodrich after 22 years. He was also a member of Masonic Lodge #104 and the Woodburn Lions Club.
He is survived by his wife of 60 years, Helena; children, Terri (Douglas) Batson of Arlington, VA and Randy (Janet) Treadway of Fort Wayne; granddaughters, Ashley Treadway of Denver, CO and Erica Treadway of Milwaukee, WI; and sisters, Melba Ann Wolfe of Jupiter, FL and Mary Lipscomb of Milwaukee, WI. He was also preceded in death by his siblings, Paul Treadway, Dorothy Keadle, and Carol Miller.
Funeral service is 7 p.m. Monday, September 14, 2015 at Woodburn Missionary Church, 5108 Bull Rapids Rd., Woodburn with calling three hours prior. Graveside service 11 a.m. Thursday, September 17, 2015 in At the End of the Trail Cemetery, Clintonville, WV. Preferred memorials are to The JESUS Film Project - www.jesusfilm.org.
