I would like to offer my deepest sympathies to your family. I worked with Joe serving warrants and some details. He was a great help to me and taught me the finer points of law enforcement.
He was an honest, hard working, generous friend and partner and I will miss him. Joe made this world a better place and we were fortunate to have him in it. My prayers are with you all.
So sorry to hear this news. Joe worked on some fund raising projects with us and was always there to help when we needed it. You will be missed Joe.
I mostly knew Joe through my job as an Adult Probation Officer. When I think of him now I think of his friendly, smiling face. He always seemed to be positive. I haven't seen him in years and I was very sorry to hear of his passing. RIP Joe.
