Hello Peggy. I always enjoyed conversations with John. He could keep such a straight face when he wanted it to be funny. I certainly appreciate all he accomplished through his dedication, expertise, and the personal time he devoted to our community. Hold your favorite memory close by when you are in need of a lighthearted thought on those more difficult days.

To the Bennett family - my thoughts and prayers go out to you during this difficult time. I will always cherish my memories from being on the Fire Department Auxillary and always being able to go to him if I needed anything. He was a great man and I'm definitely going to miss him. RIH John~!
Peggy ,Chris and family I'm so sorry for your loss. John was such a nice and friendly man.
When Peggy and I worked together John would come in to the school to see Peggy and sometimes John would bring us ice-cream shacks on the hot nights of the year. RIP my friend God bless you and family and friends.
I remember sitting on John porch when we,were in school for hours. Also the night rides on Woodburn road with friend Jerry Lyons. Rest in peace John. You will be missed.
