Dear Kent, Connie and Kim and the entire Notestine family: It was a great pleasure to care for Jack during his stay with us. Although we only got to know him briefly, many of us who cared for him quickly ascertained what a great, strong man he was. He was lucky to have caring, loving family to support him.
