Every family has their Uncle Griff.
He’s the one that tells the same joke over and over and he laughs and you pretend to.
He’s the one that makes you wait longer to open your Christmas presents because he eats slow.
He’s the one that sits and waits with the family when someone is having surgery and talks the whole time non-stop.
He’s the one that goes to every ballgame rain or shine.
He’s the one that would do anything for you and makes his rounds at Christmas.
He’s the one with the BIG HEART ❤️!!!
He will be missed and remembered with love.
He is our Uncle Griff.
To Dorothy, Kim snd Russ. I’m presently in Oklahoma and will not be able to attend the funeral. Please know how sad I am to hear of Griff’s passing. You are in my thoughts and prayers. Dorothy I’d like to know where you are staying so I can visit you. Love, Phyllis Burns.
I was Mikey to Griff, but no one else. I am so glad that he and his wife were/are part of my life.
Griff was such a part of my life growing up. He always had a smile for me at the softball fields. I remember one time I had heat exhaustion and Griff came over to the tent with a wet towel. I'm sure Griff, Mr. Clements and my Pa, Bill Tatman are up in Heaven making plans for a heavenly softball league.
