I have so many memories of Debbie. One that makes me smile is when we were in Austin. She was wearing her Texas hat and gold boots. We were at the LBJ Library and people kept stopping her and complementing her on her boots. Over and over she got boot complements. She stopped to buy something and the clerk, that was behind the counter, said "I like your hat". She looked at him and lifted her foot above the counter and said "what about my boots"
