I worked with Dan for several years on third and he made it enjoyable to be there. We got my first turkey on a hunting trip to his Michigan farm and enjoyed going to all his relatives while we were up there. He will be truly missed by all.

I worked with Dan and he taught me a lot about switching cars at east Wayne. Some of my best days on the railroad were spent with him. He always had me laughing even when I did not feel like laughing. He will always be remembered.
Danny sure knew how to keep things fun, we shared many days and nights at work finding ways to entertain ourselves, I sure will miss him but I will always remember having the best deep belly laughs anytime we got together. Love to the family and our most sincere condolences.
