Bernard "Barney" Lewis, 86, of Fort Wayne, died peacefully Sunday, August 25, 2013 at home. Born in Fort Wayne, he was the son of the late David and Annie Lewis. He was a member of Good Shepherd United Methodist Church and hosted Read Obituary
To Fran and Family,
So very sorry to hear of Barney's passing. We still can remember how he loved working in his garage with the religious music playing. He will be missed by all, especially my mother, Mary Alice. She so wishes she could be with all of you. Please know we both have you and your family in our prayers.

I use to work with Barney at the bank. I think it was Summit Bank. A long time ago. He was our courier and he stopped in everyday to deliver our inter office mail. I enjoyed talking to him & his smile. Thanks for the memories, Barney. Rest in peace, my friend.
When I think of Barney, I see his smile, remember his warm heart, and the love he had for Fran. My deepest sympathy to his family.
