Art had a built in smile wherevewr or whenever our paths crossed. I never decided if he viewed life with that much enthusiasm or he just liked to smile. Art was my supervisor at PEPL but quickly became a trusted friend. There is no question that he was dedicated to whatever he was involved in. But his family came ahead of everyting else...Always.
My condolences go to Art's family...We'll all miss him.....REST IN PEACE MY FRIEND.
