Todd William Unsicker's Obituary
Todd William Unsicker, 53, passed away unexpectedly of a pulmonary embolism on September 25, 2014 at Parkview Regional Medical Center, Fort Wayne. Born in Fort Wayne, he was a member of Brookside Church, Fort Wayne. Todd was a lifelong farmer and also a registered nurse. He loved his time spent at Lake George, golfing, and walking the beach in Florida. Most of all he enjoyed spending time with his granddaughters, whom he loved to the moon and back.
He is survived by his wife of 35 years, Mary Ann; children, Tyler (Adrianne) Unsicker, Katie (Cory) Gerke, Kristen (James Dawson) Unsicker all of Woodburn; father, Theodore (Loretta) Unsicker of Coldwater, MI; sisters, Susan (Stan) Werling of Marion, OH, Jane Unsicker of Vero Beach, FL, and Joan (Dan) DeCambra of Lakewood, CO; and granddaughters, Evelyn and Molly Gerke. He was preceded in death by his mother, Mary Unsicker.
Funeral Service is 2 p.m. Tuesday at Brookside Church, 6102 Evard Rd., Fort Wayne with calling one hour prior. Pastor Eric Dubach officiating. Calling is 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Monday at the church. Burial in Woodburn Mennonite Cemetery, Woodburn. Preferred memorials are to Brookside Church, Woodburn Lutheran School or Woodburn Lions.
