Tina M. Mohr's Obituary
Tina Marie Mohr, 50, passed away on Thursday, August 26, 2021 at Lutheran Hospital, Fort Wayne. Born in Fort Wayne, she was a member of The Point Church, Fort Wayne. She was an office manager at the Lutheran Anticoagulation Clinic and worked in the human resources department at Lutheran Rehabilitation Hospital. She enjoyed scrapbooking and was an avid fan of Fort Wayne Komets Hockey. She is survived by her mother, Linda Mohr of New Haven; and stepsiblings, Michelle (William) Siefker of Grover Hill, OH, Mona Oberley of Paulding, OH, Dawn (Michael) McKinney of Carlisle, OH, and Lonnie (Ed) Leverton of Van Wert, OH. She was preceded in death by her father, Stanley Mohr; sister, Crista Mohr in 2019; and grandparents, Opal and Woodrow Hursh and Beulah and Doyl Mohr. Funeral service is 11 a.m. on Friday, September 3, 2021, at The Pointe Church, 5335 Bass Rd, Fort Wayne with visitation one-hour prior. Visitation is 3 to 5 and 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, September 2, 2021, at Harper's Community Funeral Home, 740 St. Rd. 930 E., New Haven. Burial at Leo Cemetery.
