Timothy Dean Laughlin, 63, of New Haven passed away on Tuesday, June 2, 2015 at I.U. Health University Hospital, Indianapolis. Born in Fort Wayne, he was the son of the late Lawrence and Catherine (Reising) Laughlin. He was employed at Aramark for 26 years, working his way up to General Manager. He went on to retire in 2014 from Kelley Automotive. Tim was an avid Boston Red Sox fan, and also enjoyed fishing and boating at Lake Pleasant.
He is survived by his wife of 41 years, Sue; sons, Andy (Kara) Laughlin of Grabill, Ryan (Michelle) Laughlin of Indianapolis, and Adam Laughlin of New Haven; brothers, Bob (Barb) Laughlin of Jonesboro, and Jim Laughlin and Phil (Becky) Laughlin both of Fort Wayne; grandchildren, Emery, Jaret, Caiden, and Lauren; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
Funeral service is 11 a.m. Saturday at E. Harper & Son Funeral Home, 740 St., Rd. 930 E., New Haven with calling one hour prior to service. The Rev. David Bliss officiating. Calling is also 5 to 8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home. Preferred memorials are to Cancer Services of Northeast Indiana or Bethesda Day Services.
