Sybil A. Walter's Obituary
Sybil A. Walter, 38, of New Haven, passed away unexpectedly, Wednesday, May 25, 2011 at home. Born in Fort Wayne she was the daughter of Nancy Walter and the late David Walter. She was a member of New Haven United Methodist Church. She was a former member of Jesters of St. Francis and worked in the sewing center at Easter Seals ARC. She was an accomplished swimmer, winning several gold medals at the state level.
She is also survived by her brothers, Joel, Michael and Eric Walter all of New Haven; and grandfather, Gordon (Katherine) Walter of Fort Wayne. She was also preceded in death by her grandparents, James and Maxine Deitschel and Eileen Walter.
Funeral service is 1 p.m. Saturday, May 28, 2011 at E. Harper & Son Funeral Home, 740 St. Rd. 930 E., New Haven. Pastor Chuck Fenwick officiating. Calling is also 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home. Preferred memorials are to LDM/Sonrise Camp Scholarships.
