Shirley L. Robison's Obituary
Shirley L. Robison, 86, passed away Tuesday, December 12, 2017 at Adam’s Heritage Nursing Home, Monroeville. Born in New Haven, she was the daughter of the late Lewis Lake and Bernadette “Bernie” (Pape) Lake-Pepe. She was an avid reader and very active in the community, participating in New Haven Canal Days and was a member of the New Haven Republican Central Committee.
She is survived by her children, Geoff Robison and Julie Robison both of New Haven; siblings, Richard Lake of New Haven, Gary Lake of Columbia City, and Joyce Smith of Evansville; grandchildren, Adam Robison, Stephanie (Josh) Galentine, Michelle (Jonathan) Lineberry-Painter, Stacia (Tom) Manion, Bryan (Karen) Lineberry, Matthew Lineberry, and Arika Robison; four step grandchildren; and ten great grandchildren. She was also preceded in death by her husband of 60 years, Harold “Stanley” Robison; sons, Craig and Phillip Robison; and daughter-in-law, Janice Robison.
Funeral service is 11 a.m. Saturday at Harper’s Community Funeral Home, 740 St. Rd. 930 E., New Haven with visitation two hours prior. Pastor Chris Thurdow officiating. Burial in IOOF Cemetery, New Haven. Preferred memorials are to Adams Heritage Nursing Home, Monroeville.
