Shawn J. Swanson's Obituary
Shawn J. Swanson, 39, of Lakeland, Florida passed away unexpectedly Saturday. August 22, 2015. Born in Fort Wayne, he was a New Haven resident most of his life. He lived his life to the fullest. He loved his dogs, Renzo and Waylon, golf, NASCAR and most of all truck driving. He loved his family dearly and had many friends.
He is survived by his father, Jack (Jennifer) Swanson of Clarksville, TN; mother, Diana (George) Sowles of New Haven; sister, Jennifer (Jason) Hoffman of Nashville, TN; half-siblings, Ryan Swanson and Sara (Nicholas) Feltner both of Clarksville, TN, Hanna Swanson of Japan. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Jack and Loretta Cain, Paul and Jesslyn Swanson; and uncle, who he dearly loved, Bob Cain.
Funeral service is 11 a.m. Friday, at E. Harper & Son Funeral Home, 740 St. Rd. 930 E., New Haven with calling one hour prior to service. Calling is 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home. Burial in IOOF Cemetery, New Haven. Preferred memorials are to the family.
