Ron was a great neighbor and friend we shared a few beers together after he helped me with my classic car . Calling me over to check out the latest find was always a great pleasure of his and Also mine the bikes and the antiques. He was a great hunter at that also very generous I would comment on an old bike that he would hang on his fence . And you would get a call a few days later telling you he had found a bike for my fence what a guy also I’m a huge Purdue fan as well as an avid golfer got a call one day to come over he had found some thing for me . When I walked over he had that smile on everyone got to see and it was the coolest Purdue Pete old school of course headcover I still cherish it to this day … I will miss Ron standing outside his shop and waving as I would pass usually several times a day we together with my wife would feed the neighborhood cats shadow spooky punkin and tortie he would always call to see if we had seen his buddies if he hadn’t seen them we would assure him we had seen them. I am going to miss Ron and we will carry on with the feedings my friend Jeff and Tami
