Ronald L. Jones' Obituary
Ronald L. Jones, 72 years, passed away Monday, July 22, 2013 at Ashton Creek Health & Rehabilitation, Fort Wayne. Born in Churubusco, he was the son of the late R. Nathan and Elma Mae (nee Hutchison) Jones. He was a member of Emanuel Lutheran Church, New Haven. He served his country in the US Army and retired from Zollner Corp. in 2003.
Ronald is survived by his wife of 34 years, Joyce; son, Douglas (Chris) Jones; step-children, Jeff (Tammy) Embree and Amy (Christopher) Hershey; siblings, Russell Jones and Beverly Koile; nine grandchildren; and 1 great granddaughter. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Deborah Jones; and siblings, Lewis Jones, Lois Martin, and Barbara Bender.
Funeral service is 12 noon Thursday at E. Harper & Son Funeral Home, 740 St. Rd. 930 E., New Haven with calling from 10 a.m. to 12 noon prior to service. Rev. David Stecker officiating. Burial is in Lindenwood Cemetery, Fort Wayne. Preferred memorials are to the family.
