Rickey Russell Tucker's Obituary
Rickey Russell "Rick" Tucker, 71, of Fort Wayne, passed away on Thursday, February 29, 2024, at Lutheran Hospital, Fort Wayne. Born in Portland, he was the son of the late Russell and Olive Tucker. He was the owner and operator of Tucker Car Care, New Haven. He was a member of the Maumee Valley Antique Steam and Gas Association and enjoyed NASCAR, the NFL, Notre Dame Football, and his furry friends.
He is survived by his wife of 31 years, Melanie; sons, Russell (Darian) Tucker and Patrick (Maddie) Tucker; siblings, Joe Tucker and Rosie Geiger; grandchildren, Tatum Tucker and Nash Grimm; and nieces, Honey Whittington, Addie Rhoton, and Chrissie Archer. He was also preceded in death by his sister, Pam Murphy; stepmother, Norma Tucker; and nephew, Kevin Bruner.
Funeral service is 1 pm Tuesday, March 5, 2024, at Harper's Community Funeral Home, 740 St. Rd. 930 E., New Haven with visitation two hours prior (11am to 1pm).
