Richard Metzler's Obituary
Richard Metzler, 55, passed away on Wednesday, November 23, 2022, at Parkview Regional Medical Center, Fort Wayne. Born in Fort Wayne, he was the son of the late Patrick and Barbara (Schipper) Metzler. He was a member of St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, New Haven. He was a forklift operator for WaterFurnace, Fort Wayne for 20 years. He enjoyed music and movies.
He is survived by his brothers, Thomas (Lisa) Metzler of Thorton, CO, Steve (Marianne) Metzler of Fort Wayne, and Bob (Susan) Metzler of New Haven; nieces, Katelyn and Madison Metzler; and nephews, Blake and Mitchell Quinn.
Mass of Christian Burial is 11 a.m. Friday, December 2, 2022, at St. John the Baptist Church, 943 Powers St., New Haven with visitation one hour prior. Inurnment in the church cemetery columbarium.
