Richard 'Dick" Davidson's Obituary
Richard “Dick” R. Davidson, 80, of New Haven, passed away Saturday, March 26, 2011, at Parkview Hospital. The Scott, Ohio native was the son of the late Frank and Goldie Davidson. He was a disabled American veteran, serving his country as a combat-engineer in the Korean War. He was a graduate of Defiance College, and pursued a career in insurance. He was a member of the American Legion Post 330.
He is survived by his wife of almost 54 years, Beatrice; son, Jim Davidson of Jacksonville, FL; sister, Alice Hebb of Bowie, MD and nephew Denny Hebb of Denton, MD.
Funeral service is 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, March 29, 2011 at E. Harper & Son
Funeral Home, 740 State Rd. 930 E., New Haven. Pastor Chuck Fenwick officiating. Calling is 6-8 p.m., Monday at the funeral home. Burial in Scott Twp. Cemetery, Scott, Ohio.
