Rhys Davies Cook's Obituary
Rhys Davies Cook, 79, passed away Sunday, September 27, 2015 at Parkview Regional Medical Center, Fort Wayne. Born in Fort Wayne, he was the son of the late Russell and Esther (Davies) Cook. He was a owner and operator of CC Sales for 25 years. He was a past master of Maumee Lodge #725.
He is survived by his wife of 35 years, Loretta (Messmann) Cook; daughters, Anne Moss of Bradenton, FL, Mila (Keith) Summers of Indianapolis, and Jennifer (Louis) Chlebek of New Haven; sister, Cynthia (Jim) Everett of Elizabethtown, PA; and nine grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Tracy Babb.
Funeral service is 11 a.m. Wednesday at E. Harper & Son Funeral Home, 740 St. Rd. 930 E., New Haven with calling one hour prior to service. Rev. John Messmann officiating. Burial in St. Paul Lutheran Gar Creek Cemetery, New Haven. Preferred memorials are to Parkview Home Health and Hospice.
