Genevieve Reiter Wiehe's Obituary
Genevieve Reiter Wiehe, 81, of New Haven died Tuesday, September 10, 2013 at Parkview Regional Medical Center, Fort Wayne. Born in Fort Wayne, she was the daughter of the late Paul and Marie (nee Bultemeier) Reiter. A graduate of Concordia Lutheran High School, she was an active member of Martini Lutheran Church and the Concordia Alumni Association. She was an administrative assistant at ITT Corp. for over 35 years.
She is survived by her step-sons, Philip (Cheryl) Wiehe of Fort Wayne and John (Alice) Wiehe of Poway, CA; nieces, Mary (Stephen) Harper of Albuquerque, NM and Ann Line of Seattle, WA; nephew, Robert Stonesifer of Seattle, WA; five step grandchildren; and five great nieces and nephews. She was also preceded in death by her husband Walter in 1992; and sisters, Nancy Reiter and Dolores Stonesifer.
Funeral service is 10 a.m. Monday at Martini Lutheran Church, 333 Moeller Rd., New Haven with calling one hour prior. Pastor Matt Kohl officiating. Calling is also 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday at E. Harper & Son Funeral Home, 740 St. Rd. 930 E., New Haven. Private burial in Concordia Lutheran Cemetery on Anthony and Maumee, Fort Wayne. Preferred memorials are to Concordia Lutheran High School or Martini Lutheran Church.
