Phyllis M. Hoeppner's Obituary
Phyllis M. Hoeppner, 90, died Sunday, April 6, 2014 at Lutheran Hospital, Fort Wayne. Born in Woodburn, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Emma Gustin. She was a member of Christ Lutheran Church, Woodburn and the Ladies Aid. She was a member of American Legion #307 Ladies Auxiliary and the Red Hatters. Her greatest joy was her children and grandchildren.
Phyllis is survived by her children, Pam (Jeff) Moore of Fort Wayne and Mark (Kim) Hoeppner of Woodburn; daughter-in-law, Jane Hoeppner of Bloomington; sister, Betty Gerbers of Woodburn; grandchildren, Amy Fox, Allison, Drew, Laura, and Michelle Hoeppner, Ryan Moore, and Kara Ankenbruck; and great grandchildren, Tucker and Spencer Fox, Tate and Quinn Balcam, Christian and Preston Moore, and Whitney, Marin, and Jacob Ankenbruck. She was also preceded in death by husband, Gerald; and son, Terry.
Funeral service is 11 a.m. Thursday at Christ Lutheran Church, 4412 Park St., Woodburn with calling one hour prior. Pastor Timothy Edwards officiating. Calling is also 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at E. Harper & Son Funeral Home, 740 St. Rd. 930 E., New Haven. Burial is in the church cemetery.
