Phyllis J Fritcha's Obituary
Phyllis J. Fritcha, 90, passed away on Good Friday, April 2, 2021 at her home with her family by her side. Born in Monroeville, she was the daughter of the late Donald and Florence (Need) Wass. She was a homemaker and was a longtime member of the New Haven United Methodist Church, New Haven. She was also a member of the Harmony Home-Ec Club and Untited Methodist Women. Phyllis was an excellent cook. She loved spending time with her family and spoiling her grandchildren. She is survived by her daughters, Barbara (Larry) Romines, Bonnie Fritcha, and Sharon Fritcha all of Woodburn; grandsons, Duane (Carrie) Romines and Scott Romines; 6 great granddaughters. She is also preceded in death by her husband of 60 years, Henry M. Fritcha; brothers, Richard Wass and Arnold Wass. Funeral service is 2 p.m. Friday at the New Haven United Methodist Church, 630 Lincoln Hwy, New Haven with visitation two hours prior to service. Masks required. Burial in IOOF Cemetery, New Haven. Preferred memorials to the church.
