Peggy Rigby's Obituary
Peggy Rigby, 61, passed away Sunday, April 29, 2018 at Parkview Hospital – Randallia, Fort Wayne. Born in Decatur, she was the daughter of the late Samuel and Gladys (Hamrick) Billington. She was an assistant manager at the New Haven Branch BMV for over 20 years. Among her greatest joys were her children and grandchildren.
She is survived by her husband of 44 years, Timothy; daughter, Heather (Dewayne) McClish of New Haven; brother, Brian Billington of Fort Wayne; and grandchildren, Ethan McClish, Colen, Kirsten, and Cameron Rigby.
Funeral service is 12 p.m. Friday at Harper’s Community Funeral Home, 740 St. Rd 930 E., New Haven with visitation two hours prior. Pastor Scott Zeckzer officiating. Burial in IOOF Cemetery New Haven. Preferred memorials are to the family, c/o Timothy Rigby.
