Orville Collins' Obituary
Orville Collins, 52, of New Haven, went home Monday, December 26, 2011 at Parkview Hospital, Fort Wayne. Born in Pineville, KY he was a member of Harvest Church of God, Fort Wayne.
He is survived by his wife, Lori; mother, Mary; children, Jason, Amy, Kamron; step-children, Brad and Nicki; siblings, Mary C., Barbara S., Clayton Jr., and Warren V.; ten grandchildren; and many friends and loved ones! He was preceded in death by his father, Clayton Sr.; and brother, Freddie Wayne; and many loved ones who have gone before.
Funeral Service is 2 p.m. Friday, December 30, 2011 at Harvest Church of God, 5112 Moeller Rd., Fort Wayne with calling one hour prior. Pastor Michael Leger officiating. Calling is also 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, December 29, 2011 at the church. Burial is in I.O.O.F. Cemetery, New Haven. Preferred memorials are to the family, c/o Mary Collins.
