Nola Jane Pelfrey's Obituary
Nola Jane Zimmerman-Pelfrey, 99, of LaGrange, passed away on Thursday, January 5, 2023, at The Waters of LaGrange. Born in Jefferson Twp, Allen County, she was the daughter of the late Robert and Gertrude (Liger) Dinger. She was a member of Maples United Methodist Church, Maples. She retired in 1983 from Peerless Cleaners after 15 years. She was also a member of Order of Eastern Star 600 and Rebekah Lodge 817. She enjoyed sewing, quilting, rag rugs and getting together with her siblings.
She is survived by her children, Tamara (Dennis) DeMara of LaGrange, Dennis (Suzan) Zimmerman of Leesburg; Kermit (Susan) Zimmerman of Blanchester, OH, and Troy Zimmerman of Harlan; and five grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husbands, Carl Zimmerman, George Wisel, and Raymond Pelfrey; her twin, Noble Dinger; and siblings, Dallas Dinger, Zelma Burns, Forest Travis, Rena Parr, Marjorie Lee, Edith Dager, Virgil Gerardot, Lucybelle Roth, Ilo Johnston, Grace Lenington, and Georgie Gebhard.
