Nathan Paul Gustin's Obituary
Nathan Paul Gustin, 17, passed away Sunday, October 11, 2015. Born in Fort Wayne, he was a member of Promise Lutheran Church, Fort Wayne. A very active member in the Promise Ministries Youth Group, he was able to attend and participate in many missions. He was a senior at New Haven High School, where he was a member of both the football and track teams. During his junior year he was given the opportunity to intern with the New Haven Fire Department.
He is survived by his parents, Neal Gustin and Tracy (David) Drew both of New Haven; siblings, Erica (Sean) Andrews, Brook Gustin, and Ryan Gustin, all of New Haven; step-siblings, Matthew Drew of Goldsboro, NC, Treaver Drew of San Francisco, CA, Nicholas (Henley) Drew and Laura Drew both of Fort Wayne, and Rachel Drew of New Haven; grandmothers, Minnie Trice and Grace Gustin both of New Haven; and Niece, Brinley Andrews of Fort Wayne. He was preceded in death by his brother, Dennis Eugene Brock, Jr.; and grandfathers, Dallas Cox and Robert Gustin.
Funeral service is 10 a.m. Thursday, October 15, 2015 at Grace Gathering, 3157 Minnich Rd., New Haven with calling one hour prior, Pastor Henry Graf officiating. Calling is also 3 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the church. Preferred memorials are to Promise Ministries Youth Mission or New Haven EMS.
