Naomi Louise White's Obituary
Naomi Louise White, 91, of Monroeville, passed away on Sunday, June 11, 2023, at home with her family by her side. Born in Fort Wayne, she was the daughter of the late George and Lahla (Cunningham) England. She was a member of Taylor Chapel, Fort Wayne. She was a school bus driver at Fort Wayne Community Schools for five years, was a housekeeper at Golden Years Homestead for 20 years, and enjoyed "clowning" for parties, where she was known as "Shorty the Clown". She enjoyed square dancing for many years and loved watching game shows and IU Basketball with her family.
She is survived by her children, Karan (Steve) Coomer, Elvin "Buck" (Kathy) White Jr, and Kenny (Julie) White; brother, Paul England; siblings-in-law, Nancy England, Mary Jo England, and Bill Moore; five grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren. She was also preceded in death by her husband of 70 years, Elvin "Buck" White Sr; siblings, George England, Roberta Watson, Lois McCoy, Ruth Thompson, Hope Christy, and Becky Moore.
