Moses Kauffmann's Obituary
Moses Kauffman, 67, passed away on Wednesday, December 9, 2020 at Parkview Regional Medical Center, Fort Wayne. Born in Grabill, he was the son of the late Samuel and Nancy (Hershberger) Kauffman. He retired in May 2020 from Trident Care. He enjoyed reading, gardening, and working with his hands. He is survived by his wife of 30 years, Kay; children, Ashleigh and Tyler Kauffman both of New Haven; grandchildren, MaKenzie and Matthew Morgan both of New Haven; and siblings, Jacob (Wilma) Kauffman, Barbara Gingerich, and Samuel (Cindy) Kauffman all of Kokomo, Elizabeth (Robert) Gendler of Belleville, IL, Ella (Joseph) Snyder of Burlington, and Seth (Connie) Kauffman of Goshen. He was also preceded in death by his sister, Rebecca Cavazas. Funeral service is 11 a.m., Tuesday at Harper’s Community Funeral Home, 740 St. Rd. 930 E., New Haven with visitation one hour prior. Visitation is also 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home. Masks and social distancing required. Burial in Catholic Cemetery, Fort Wayne. Preferred memorials are to donor’s choice.
