Mindy Jo Warney's Obituary
Mindy Jo Warney, 44, of Fort Wayne, passed away unexpectedly Thursday, September 7, 2023, at home. Born in Fort Wayne, Mindy graduated from Snider High school in 1997. She went on to have a 25-year career at Pizza Hut, where she pursued leadership and earned multiple achievement awards while working with teams to help build them up. She loved travelling, singing, dancing and spending time with her family and friends. She will always be remembered for her corny jokes, witty personality, and overall, her contagious smile.
She is survived by her mother, Trudy Warney; siblings. David (Nerissa) Warney, Becky Warney, Vincent (Tammy) Warney, Barry (Kim) Carroll, Lori Bentz, Christine Warney, and Joshua Warney; and 35 nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her father, Paul "PJ" Warney; brother, Tony Warney; and niece, Kathy Gick.
Funeral service is 1 p.m., Wednesday, September 13, 2023, at Harper's Community Funeral Home, 740 St. Rd. 930 E, New Haven with visitation from 10 to 1 p.m. prior to service.
