Merle, I'm sorry I kissed your wife and your sister and your wife's sister.
You have my deepest sympathy. May God comfort you knowing that those who die in Christ have eternal life with Him forever. It seems like only yesterday that the Bohnke, Hoffman, Rodenbeck, Witte, Kramer, and Gerig family would get together. Wtih each fmaily having kids it seems like we grew up together. Eloise, the last time I talked to you was at a soccer game on the grounds of the seminary. I am now one of the three pastors at St. Paul Lutheran Church in Napoleon. You have my deepest sympathy.
Eloise,
We send our thoughts and prayers at this time of Merle's death. We pray the Lord give you peace and comfort as you grieve your loss. I (Earl) have many memories of Merle at Bob's when we lived in Woodburn.

Our thoughts and prayers are with you.
Merle will always be remembered by our family whenever we think about camping. He was the eldest in our group and always had that twinkle when mischief was around even when he wasn't involved. We send our sympathy to all of you family and pray that our Lord grants you comfort and great memories of Merle as you gather to say good-bye. We are sorry that we cannot join you as you celebrate his life but know that we are praying for all of you.
Gods Peace be with you.
Merle has always been a special person to me. Though I didn't get to see Merle often, when I was back home seeing him brought back wonderful memories of my childhood and his warm welcome and big smile. Merle will never fade from my memory or heart. He was one of a kind and that was great. Love to Eloise and the family.
Jackie and family, i am so sorry for your loss, you and your family will be in my prayers.
Merle worked for my Dad (Bernon Jacquay) and with my husband (Ray Glaze) in construction years ago. He was very well thought of by all who worked with him. Sending prayers for all of you. Linda Glaze
Jackie & Family,
I am sad to hear of the passing of your Dad, but hope that all of you are celebrating his life. He was a kind, gracious man and you should be very proud to have shared in his life. Take the next few days to share wonderful memories of your Dad with each other and know that he is enjoying what God has in store for him. May the angels walk beside you to help ease the days ahead.
With Love & Friendship,
