Maryann (Hathaway) Brinkman, 80, passed away Saturday, March 5, 2011 at Visiting Nurse and Hospice Home, Ft. Wayne. Born in Fort Wayne, she was the daughter of the late Henry and Mary Epple. Maryann was a member of St. James Luthe Read Obituary
Aunt Mary Ann was one of my favorite aunts. I loved her spirit and spunk. Our family vacations to Ft Wayne from Tampa when growing up were always a special time that to this day I still have fond memories of. May thougths and prayers go out to Bob, Tom, and Mike. I know Aunt Mary Ann and Mom are having a highball right now.

Aunt Mary Ann,
You were an Epple through & through. Your whit & stubbornnness made you the great aunt that we will always remember. You cared for everyone with kindness & thoughtfulness. I know Thom, Bob & Mike are very sad now. But take comfort that you had a great mother who loved you very much. She has done her work here on earth & now is in a better place watchig over all of us.

To The Family Of Maryann,
Although I have not seen her in years I have very fond memories of Maryann. She was in my LPN class.She still has that beautiful SMILE. When I saw she was 80,I couldn't believe she was 17 years older then me. She fit right in and so did the other mature ladies. We had such a good time. That was when Nursing was Nursing. I also worked at Saint Joe until 1975. I want you to know I have you in my thoughts and prayers. May God give you comfort that only he can give and keep the memories close and they will bring smiles and comfort. I know a little of what you feel, I just lost my Mom in January.
