Mary A. Lehman-Jones' Obituary
Mary A. Lehman-Jones, 81, of New Haven, died Tuesday, July 10, 2012 at home. Born in Fort Wayne, she was the daughter of the late Donald and Lora McAfee. She was a member of Faith Baptist Church, Angola. She retired in 2007 from Pokagon State Park after 10 years.
She is survived by her husband, Elvin Jones; children, Kenneth "Skip" (Brenda) Lehman and Pamela Jacquay both of New Haven, Cathy (Richard) Herendeen of Churubusco, Cheryln (Dave) Mix of Colorado Springs, CO., and Kevin (Janet) Lehman of Geneva; brothers, David (Jan) McAfee of Yoder, Donald (Reba) McAfee of Ossian, and Ronald McAfee of Fort Wayne; nine grandchildren; and 13 great grandchildren. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth Lehman in 1967; brother, Richard McAfee; and son-in-law, John Jacquay.
Funeral service is 2 p.m. Saturday, July 14, 2012 at E. Harper & Son Funeral Home, 740 St. Rd. 930 E., New Haven with calling one hour prior to service. Pastor Jeff Gaskill officiating. Calling is also 4 to 8 p.m. Friday, July 13, 2012 at the funeral home. Burial in I.O.O.F. Cemetery, New Haven. Preferred memorials are to Parkview Home Health and Hospice.
