Mary Agnes Davis' Obituary
Mary Agnes Davis, 91, of Fort Wayne, passed away Thursday, April 17, 2014 at Miller's Merry Manor, Fort Wayne. Born in Fort Wayne, she was the daughter of the late Cletus and Adelaide Hoevel. She was an active member of St. Henry's Catholic Church, Fort Wayne and their St. Vincent DePaul Society.
Mary is survived by her daughters, Ann Fercho of British Columbia, Canada, and Mary (Paul) Thompson of New Haven; siblings, Jerome (Theresa) Hoevel, Florence Hoevel, and Margorie Rosswurm all of Fort Wayne, Alban (Jane) Hoevel of Washington, and Rosemary Paris of Cincinnati, OH; grandchildren, Matthew Thompson, Luke Thompson, and Kristi (Wes) Barraclough; and great grandsons, Carson, William, Ryder, and Grayson. She was also preceded in death by her husband of 62 years, Paul Davis; and grandson, Zachary Thompson.
Mass of Christian Burial is 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, at St. Henry's Catholic Church, 3029 E. Paulding Rd., Fort Wayne with calling one hour prior. Father Daniel Durkin officiating. Calling is also from 3 to 7 p.m. Monday at E. Harper & Son Funeral Home, 740 State Road 930 E., New Haven with vigil service at 5 p.m. Burial in Catholic Cemetery, Fort Wayne.
