Mark W. Pusey's Obituary
Mark W. Pusey, 50, died unexpectedly Tuesday, January 14, 2014. Born in Fort Wayne, he was a member and served as an elder at St. Peter's Lutheran Church, Fort Wayne. He was employed with Schenkel and Sons for 25 years as a Superintendent. Mark was also a member of the Carpenters Union Local #232 and Allen County Coon Hunters.
He is survived by his wife of 26 years, Cathy Pusey; children, Clayton and Cayla Pusey both of New Haven; parents, John & Linda Pusey of New Haven; siblings, Luann (Randy) Hockemeyer of Fort Wayne and Phillip (Brenda) Pusey of West Lafayette; mother-in-law, Joyce Demetriades of New Haven; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his sister, Michelle Pusey; and father-in-law, Nick Demetriades.
Funeral service is 11 a.m. Saturday, at St. Peter's Lutheran Church, 7710 E. State Blvd., Fort Wayne with calling one hour prior. Rev. Steve Ahlersmeyer officiating. Calling is also 1 to 4 and 6 to 9 p.m. Friday at the church. Burial in Concordia Cemetery Gardens, Fort Wayne. Preferred memorials are to the family, Concordia Lutheran High School Athletic Dept., St. Peter's Lutheran Church.
