Marjorie J. Ladig's Obituary
Marjorie J. Ladig, 91, of New Haven died Monday, January 28, 2013 at Bethlehem Woods Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, Fort Wayne. Born in Decatur, she was the daughter of the late William and Mary Ella (Hill) Trim. She was a member of New Haven United Methodist Church, Rebekah Lodge and the New Haven Eagles Auxiliary. She was an employee at St. Anne's Home for ten years. She loved spending time with her family, volunteering, and craftwork.
Cherishing her memory are her six children, Robert (Sue) Ladig, Carol (Kenneth) Miller, and Patricia (John) Prascsak all of Fort Wayne, Mary (Robert) Richhart and David (Diana) Ladig both of New Haven, and Gene (Cindy) Ladig of South Charleston, Ohio; 14 grandchildren; 26 great-grandchildren and twin great-great-grandchildren. She was also preceded in death by her husband of 29 years, Charles in 1968, sisters, Leota Zezula, Lucile Smitley, and brothers, Virgil, Warren, Joseph, and Bernard Trim.
Funeral service is 10 a.m. Friday, February 1, 2013 at New Haven United Methodist Church, 630 Lincoln Hwy E., New Haven with calling one hour prior. Pastor Chuck Fenwick officiating. Calling is 2 to 7 p.m. Thursday, January 31, 2013 at E. Harper & Son Funeral Home, 740 St. Rd. 930 E., New Haven. Burial in I.O.O.F. Cemetery, New Haven. Preferred memorials are to New Haven United Methodist Church or the Alzheimer's Association.
