Loyd Gambrel's Obituary
Loyd Gambrel, 80, passed away on Thursday, June 30, 2022, at Majestic Care, Fort Wayne. Born in Mills, KY, he was the son of the late Ross and Cardie (Patterson) Gambrel. He retired in 2006 from BF Goodrich after 38 years. He enjoyed NASCAR, going to auctions and rebuilding bicycles, lawn mowers, and snowblowers. He is survived by his wife of 19 years, Edith; daughter, Tammy Krummel; stepsons, Rick (Krystal) and Paul Roark; and five grandchildren. He was also preceded in death by his first wife, Wanda. Funeral service is 1 p.m. Wednesday, July 6, 2022, at Harper's Community Funeral Home, 740 St. Rd. 930 E., New Haven with visitation two hours prior. Burial in IOOF Cemetery, New Haven.
