Laura Ellen Lazenby's Obituary
Laura Ellen Lazenby, 66, of New Haven, passed away on Wednesday, February 15, 2023, at Lutheran Hospital, Fort Wayne. Born in Holgate, Ohio, she was a member of St. James Lutheran Church, New Haven. She was a registered nurse and worked at Parkview Hospital and Lutheran Hospital. She enjoyed painting, watching movies, and spoiling her nieces.
She is survived by her mother, K. Ellen Lazenby of New Haven; brothers, Edward (Carol) Lazenby of Napoleon, Ohio, and Robert Ritz of New Haven; nieces, Jamie Halley and Jen Lazenby both of Napoleon; and great niece and nephew, Aurora and Alec Halley. She was preceded in death by her father, Orville Lazenby in 2018; and brother, Michael Lazenby.
Funeral service is 11 a.m. Friday, February 24, 2023, at St. James Lutheran Church, 1720 St. Rd. 930 E., New Haven with visitation one hour prior. Burial in Sugar Ridge Cemetery, Leipsic, Ohio.
