Larry B. Minch's Obituary
Larry B. Minch, 77, of Fort Wayne, passed away unexpectedly Friday, September 20, 2024, at Life Care Center, Fort Wayne. He was the son of the late Virgil and Martha (Fix) Minch. He proudly served his country in the United States Navy during the Vietnam War. He enjoyed golfing, reading, collecting model trains, and cruising with his dogs, Mandy and Kate, in his red 1964 Corvette Stingray. He especially loved spending time with his family.
He is survived by his beloved wife of 47 years, Patricia (Shura) Minch; sons, Ryan and Joseph Minch; brothers, Phillip (Diane) Minch, and twin brother, Jerry A. (Jane) Minch; grandchildren, Daniel Minch, Jackson (Melanie Gebhart) Minch, Carter (Kaela) Minch, Caleb Minch, and Mia Minch; and four great grandchildren. He was also preceded in death by his siblings, Patricia Langley, and Paul Minch.
Funeral service is 11 am Friday, September 27, 2024, at Harper's Community Funeral Home, 740 State Road 930 E., New Haven, Indiana, with visitations one hour prior. Visitations are also on Thursday, September 26, 2024, from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 pm at the funeral home. Burial to follow at I.O.O.F. Twin Hill Cemetery, Pennville, IN.
