Larry Lee Kreigh's Obituary
Larry Lee Kreigh, 80, of Fort Wayne passed away peacefully on April 29, 2021 at Parkview Hospital Randallia, Fort Wayne. Born in Fort Wayne, he was a son of the late Lester and Nilah (Teegarden) Kreigh. He was a faithful member of Emmaus Lutheran Church, Fort Wayne. He proudly served his country in the US Army. He was an Electrician and worked over 20 years at Falstaff Brewing Company and at Walker Electric both of Fort Wayne. Larry enjoyed bowling, I.U. Basketball, the Cubs and the White Sox baseball teams. He also enjoyed coaching his sons little league baseball teams. He is survived by his loving wife of 56 years, Peggy (Kiess) Kreigh; sons, L. Christopher (Dawn) Kreigh of Linn Grove, and John Shea of Indianapolis; siblings, Kenneth (Nancy) Kreigh and Stephen Kreigh both of Fort Wayne, and Phyllis (Bob) Berning of Harlan; grandchildren, Paige and Parker Shea. Funeral service is 12:30 p.m. Thursday at Emmaus Lutheran Church, 8626 Covington Rd., Fort Wayne. Masks are required. The funeral service will also be streamed live on the Harper’s Community Funeral Home Facebook page. Pastor Roy C. Olsen, III officiating. Calling also from 3 to 7 p.m. Wednesday, at Harper’s Community Funeral Home, 740 State Road 930 E., New Haven. Masks are optional. Burial in the Covington Memorial Garden, Fort Wayne, with military honors. Preferred memorials are to the church.
