Condolences to Keith's wife and kids and all the Eiden siblings and mom. Keith was a classmate and teammate in swimming. He had what I call the Eiden Spirit. He didn't swim year-round, but he had a kick that he could pull out of nowhere. He'd turn on that Eiden Spirit and do his best. Pretty amazing. I hope Keith was able to convey that same spirit to his kids. Just get up and go! Turn it on!
