Keith L. Amstutz's Obituary
Keith L. Amstutz, 85, of Berne, formerly of New Haven, passed away on Thursday, January 12, 2023, at Swiss Village Retirement Community, Berne. Born in Berne, he was the son of the late Oswin and Esther (Kneuss) Amstutz. He retired in 1992 from Magnavox Corp after 33 years. He was a member of the Missouri Valley Wrench Club, Midwest Tool Collectors, Old Fort Coin Club, and Adams County Coin Club. He was the number one collector of International Harvester wrenches for many years. He also enjoyed woodworking and IU Basketball.
He is survived by his wife of 33 years, Gloria; children, Sheryl Amstutz of New Haven, Kip (Laurie) Amstutz of Fort Wayne, and Ron (Zona) Amstutz of Surprise, AZ; stepdaughters, Lorraine (Bill) Search of Middletown, OH, Elizabeth (Elbert) Pastrana of Dayton, OH; sister, Gyneth Coblentz of Berne; 16 grandchildren; and 17 great grandchildren. He was also preceded in death by his siblings, Valier Amstutz and Marlene Lines.
Funeral service is 11 a.m. Wednesday, January 18, 2023, at Harper's Community Funeral Home, 740 St. Rd. 930 E., New Haven with visitation one hour prior. Visitation is also 4 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, January 17, 2023, at the funeral home. Burial in IOOF Cemetery, New Haven.
