I first met Kathy when she came to Bunche Elementary to do her student teaching. I team taught at that time with her supervising teacher, so Kathy worked with both of us. She was an amazing young lady who loved teaching. We kept in contact for many years but then I lost touch with her. My brother and his family live across the road from her home on Monroeville Road so I got to see her again. What a wonderful teacher she was and a kind and caring person. I am so sorry for your loss and my thoughts and prayers are with your family.
